Appointment policy
We are committed to providing the highest quality care to your pets. To reduce the number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we are implementing a new appointment deposit policy effective immediately.
New Client: A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 for Exams, $50.00 Feline surgery and $100.00 K9 surgery will be required at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
Current Client: (Client seen with in the last 4 years) Will not be required to pay deposit, however if a Current Client has 3 no-shows the client will need to pay the deposit to secure your time slot.
